The Office is open every day and is friendly. It is well-maintained and open from 7 am to 7 pm. The park is located on a slight hill with a great view of the mountains.

The Site

The sites are well-maintained with a cement patio equipped with chairs and tables. The park is quiet and peaceful, with a nice walking trail around the perimeter. Full hook-ups are available, and the site was level with good drainage. Sites are surrounded by old farm machinery and lots of funky sculptures. The park gate is locked at night but a code is provided for access.

Facilities

Bathrooms and showers are numerous and clean. A code is provided for access to the facilities. The laundry facility is also well-maintained and takes only credit/debit cards for payment. The park has a small store with basic supplies and snacks. There is also a dog park for pets to play. In addition, the park has a large courtyard where musicians provide free concerts 2 evenings per week. There are also free tango lessons!

Surroundings

Santa Fe Skies is ideally located for exploring the area. The park offers easy access to local attractions such as museums, historical sites, and one can drive to the "Taco Trail" on Airport Road and try the local cuisine served from 15+ taco and burrito trucks. It is about an hour drive to both Albuquerque, Los Alamos and Bandelier National Monument.
